These terms cover your use of dispatch.zenkaitransport.com and the forms on it. They are about the website. Transportation and dispatch services are governed by a separate written agreement.
This site is published by Zenkai Transportation LLC, 1500 N Grant Street, STE 11181, Denver, CO 80203, to describe our dispatch support for carriers and to accept transportation capacity requests from shippers. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
A completed fit check, a contact submission, or a freight request is an inquiry. It is not a dispatch agreement, a rate quote, a rate confirmation, a tender, a booking, or an acceptance of a shipment, and it does not reserve capacity.
Zenkai commits to dispatch service or to a shipment only in a separate written agreement, or in written confirmation of a specific load, issued by a person at Zenkai. Until that exists, neither side owes the other performance because of something entered on this website.
The carrier fit check scores the answers you provide, in your own browser, to help both sides prepare for a first conversation. The result and tier are an internal preparation aid. They are not an approval, a denial, a credit or background decision, a promise of service, or any prediction of revenue you will earn. A person reviews every inquiry before we respond, and we may reach a different conclusion than the on-screen result.
Rates, deadhead miles, margins, and lane outlooks shown on these pages are illustrations of how we evaluate a load. They are examples, not offers, quotes, or forecasts. Real results depend on your equipment, your actual operating cost, your lanes, current market conditions, and the decisions you make.
The dispatch fee percentages on our products and pricing page are our current standard rates for the fleet sizes shown. They describe what we intend to charge; they are not a quote for your operation and they do not bind either side until a signed dispatch agreement states your rate. We may change published rates as the business and the market change, and a change does not alter a rate already agreed in writing with you.
The free trial shown there is a limited pilot offer: a set number of service days on one qualifying truck, beginning at activation. It depends on completing onboarding, signing the agreement, and our having capacity, and we may withdraw or change the offer before you are activated. Asking for the trial through this site does not activate it.
The carrier dashboard preview shows a product we are building. Every load, mile, cost, and dollar on that page is invented sample data. It is not a customer result, an average, an earnings claim, or a projection of what your operation would produce.
The preview is not the carrier portal and is not connected to any carrier record. Which metrics appear, what they are called, how they are calculated, and when the portal opens may all change, and publishing the preview does not commit us to release it or to include it in any plan.
Zenkai's dispatch service is administrative and advisory support: research, load comparison, planning, documentation, and follow-through. The carrier makes the final decision on every load and stays responsible for its own operating authority, insurance, safety, hours of service, cargo handling, and all other regulatory obligations. Nothing on this site, and nothing in our dispatch support, transfers those responsibilities to Zenkai or creates forced dispatch.
Zenkai's own USDOT and MC numbers and current authority status are published in the footer of every page and can be verified directly through the FMCSA links there. Any transportation Zenkai performs itself is subject to that authority and insurance status at the time of the move.
The text, layout, graphics, and the Zenkai name and logo on this site belong to Zenkai Transportation LLC. You may read, print, and share the pages for your own evaluation of our services. Do not republish the content commercially or use the Zenkai name or logo to represent an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
Some parts of this site rely on or link to others: the contact form is served by HubSpot, the address links to a mapping service, and the credential links go to FMCSA systems. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, we do not control them, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the information it points to.
We keep this site current to the best of our ability, and we correct errors when we find them. Even so, content can become out of date, and the site may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn without notice. Service descriptions, coverage, and pricing approach may change as the business grows.
The website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenkai Transportation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on its content.
These limits apply to the website only. They do not limit, replace, or reduce any obligation Zenkai owes under a signed dispatch agreement, a confirmed transportation commitment, or applicable transportation law, and they do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts serving Denver, Colorado are the venue for disputes about this website. A separate signed agreement controls where it says otherwise.
We may update these terms as the site and the service change. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
