Records, privacy, and corrections
To ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us, email support@zenkaitransport.com. We honor those requests as a matter of practice, whether or not a particular privacy law applies to your situation. The privacy notice explains what we collect and where it goes.
One thing worth saying plainly: contacting us does not book a load, confirm capacity, quote a rate, or create a dispatch agreement. Those happen in a signed agreement and a conversation with a person. See the terms of use.
